TSplus Remote Support is now available on iOS, bringing the full power of remote desktop control to your iPhone and iPad. Whether you are a support technician, a system administrator, or simply need to access a remote computer on the go, the iOS app provides a seamless and secure experience.

Real-Time Screen Viewing

Access the screen of any Windows or Mac computer connected to TSplus Remote Support. The video stream is smooth and optimized for mobile connections using VP8 codec.

Two Touch Control Modes

Choose the control mode that works best for you:

  • Touch Mode (Trackpad): Slide your finger to move the remote cursor, tap to click — just like a laptop trackpad.
  • Cursor Mode (Direct): The cursor follows your finger directly on screen — tap exactly where you want to click.

Switch between modes anytime using the dedicated button in the toolbar.

Right-Click Support

Three convenient ways to right-click:

  • Long press: Hold your finger on the screen
  • Toolbar button: Use the dedicated right-click button
  • Two-finger tap: Tap with two fingers simultaneously

Floating Toolbar & Keyboard Shortcuts

Access all essential controls from a floating toolbar during your session. Send keyboard modifiers (Ctrl, Alt, Shift, Cmd) and execute common shortcuts like Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Alt+Tab, and even Ctrl+Alt+Del.

Devices Management

View and manage all your registered devices from the “Devices” tab. See real-time online/offline status, connect with one tap to devices configured for unattended access. Add, remove, and rename devices easily.

Real-Time Chat

Communicate instantly with remote users during support sessions. Send and receive text messages, receive files shared by the remote user with built-in Quick Look preview, and get badge notifications so you never miss a message.

Zoom and Navigation

Zoom up to 8x with pinch gestures to see fine details on the remote screen. Navigate the zoomed view by panning with two fingers.

Full Virtual Keyboard

Type on the remote computer using the native iOS keyboard. Full support for special characters, accents, and emojis.
