Session Selector

Prerequisite : unattended mode must be enabled.

The session selector allows you to shadow RDP session. For example :

1. Your remote machine has multiple active user sessions.
2. You connect with Remote Support using the RemoteSupportID
3. The Session Selector displays you the list of all active sessions (RDP, console…)
4. You choose one
5. A sharer launches in that session, which you then control

Notes :

• The Session Selector leverages a Windows feature, but only for the Remote Support sharer. Therefore, the unattended mode must be running on Windows. Remote Support viewers, however, can be on Windows, macOS, or Android.
• When there is only one active session on the remote machine, the Session Selector will automatically select it and connect you.
