End of Life Version 1-12
Remote Access v12 (and all older versions) will stop functioning on all Windows computers.
Service interruptions will begin in January 2026 and gradually extend until complete shutdown in April.
Updating to an LTS version or the latest version requires an active support subscription for your license. If this is not the case, we invite you to subscribe to a support subscription from your license portal and update your license from your Admintool with your .LIC file to benefit from the update.
If you are unable to add a support subscription or receive an error message,
contact us using our
Contact Support
, providing:
- Your license number in the format PXX XXX XXX (Visible in the license tab of the Admintool)
- Your license purchase invoice
- Your support subscription invoice
Updating Your Version v10
(If you want to install an LTS instead of the latest version, go to the page LTS )
From your online version 10, click on the following field to download the
UpdateRelease.exe
You can also download the
UpdateRelease.exe
to start the update procedure.
Download the updaterelease.exe and run the executable.
The update program will appear.
Accept the terms and click
NEXT
Follow all the steps and then restart your server at the end of the migration.
- When finished, Restart your Server to complete the update.
Launch the AdminTool. Congratulations, you are now on version 18.

If you receive this error message,
Contact Support
to uninstall Remote Access.
